As a society in constant motion and in a hurry, we have great potential for progress. Because nowadays we often move as if being on auto-pilot. Where the awareness of the person in motion is switched off. Through our training, however, conscious thoughts are boldly awakened and strengthened through deliberate movement, where every movement will be accompanied by a focused thought.
As the world we live in is chaos. A chaos of infinitely many factors over which we have no
control. The only control we have is the power of our own personalized activity, according to how we feel at the moment. With this skill we can become very effective, in maintaining balance in the daily movement.
Manual therapy
Manual therapy is an effective way to reduce muscle tension and pain. In other words, by "breaking" the knots, we create controlled damage in the painful tissues. We help cells that are unable to die and to be eliminated from the body to die.
Don't worry, don't let the word injury scare you. Injury activates better tissue healing. We can see an example of this when we cut ourselves on the skin. Where the injury has occurred, the skin will heal much faster. In the case of muscles, this is most easily imagined when we have sore muscles.
Hydrotherapy
Therapy in water comes after any manual therapy or training. The buoyancy of the water allows us to relieve the muscle tissues, as we exclude the gravity factor from the movement. This allows the best possible conditions for good muscle healing after a therapy or training.
The unloaded movement overcomes the minimum possible force and, as a result, the tissue is very little damaged. This creates good blood circulation and oxidation of the muscle tissues. It also allows us to float in the water, which is good for strengthening conscious relaxation of the body.
Wellness
We should never take the healing of our bodies for granted. We need to create the right conditions in our mind and body. The body does not distinguish the complex differences between fears and emotions, as it only perceives the extremes. Relaxation of the head and mind is important for the body to perceive safety and comfort.
Then the energy in the body is redirected to healing and the immune system. Thus the fight or flight reflex is switched off and the body can begin to heal effectively. A wellness experience can help us in this. With the help of a sauna and a jacuzzi, we can effectively create conscious comfort and relaxation.

Welcome to the world of Fiziolofija! Our Fiziolofija service represents a unique approach to health and well-being, combining philosophy with a focus on holistic physiotherapy. Let experienced professionals guide you through a deeper understanding of body and mind.
Fiziolofija dates back to 2019, when I, Jure Reherman, entered the market with my own
physiotherapy practice in collaboration with the Sports Centre Šus/Eurofitness. We grew with the enthusiasm and trust of our patients. Now we are at a new milestone, expanding our team, adding new services and co-creating a space for open dialogue about health, art, education and science.
Fiziolofija is not just a practice, but a vision for the future. Our ambition is to become a therapeutic and cultural centre where therapy and art intertwine. We include spaces for physiotherapy treatments, sports training, wellness, but also artist residences, discos, a restaurant and a bar. We want to create a space where patients have a holistic experience and establish healthy habits at every moment of their lives.
Jure Reherman
Jure Reherman, founder of Fiziolofija, has been combining his experience since 2008. From massage courses to physiotherapy studies, he has worked in numerous sports clubs and associations. Since 2019, he has been creating Fiziolofija, which is not just a medical practice, but a place where inspiring stories of health and art are born.
As the founder of Fiziolofija, I want to share my passion and expertise with you. Here, we don't just treat physical problems, but also build a bridge between art and therapy. Your well-being is our concern, and we see our centre as more than just a physiotherapy service. The vision of Fiziolofija is to create a therapeutic and cultural centre where we combine therapeutic spaces with a sports gym, swimming pool and wellness centre.
Alongside this, we aim to create a space for resident artists, a disco, a restaurant and a bar. With our infrastructure, we aim to offer a holistic experience and promote healthy living habits at every moment of your life. Welcome to Fiziolofija, where art is healing.
Maks Dobrin
Maks Dobrin is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist at the heart of his development. An unrelenting thirst for knowledge and a dedication to improving his skills lead him to challenging environments where he gets the most out of his work. For him, physiotherapy is not just a profession, but a fascinating world where he can help others, maintain physical engagement and work in interdisciplinary teams that foster a positive working environment and continuous learning.
He completed his bachelor and master degree in physiotherapy at the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. His educational path was enriched by Erasmus+ experiences at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland, CEU San Pablo in Madrid and an internship at Centro Medico Mi Salud in Madrid. He also gained practical knowledge at URI Soča, UKC Ljubljana and in Madrid.
Why did I choose to work with Jure and Fiziolofija? I met him at an online lecture during the COVID epidemic. I was taken by his positivity and energy, but even more impressed by his different and holistic approach to physiotherapy. I wanted to learn more about him and his way of working, so I decided to participate as his apprentice. His focus on patient education, calmness and humanity impresses me. Talking to him in itself improves a patient's well-being. Besides Jure, what attracted me to Fiziolofija was the excellent infrastructure, the wonderful atmosphere of the team and the vision of the work.
Dino Duratbegović
Dino Duratbegović is a kinesiologist, therapist, fitness trainer, and an avid sportsman with
a deep love for nature since childhood. He has faced various sports injuries in his life, but has learned safe paths to reach his goals, especially at competition level. Recently, he has been focusing on outdoor sports such as mountaineering and cycling. Dino is a cheerful and passionate person, which he tries to pass on to the people around him, especially when they set a goal or overcome a challenge together.
He is happy to work with a variety of clients and patients, giving them a very professional and empathetic approach.
I chose the Fiziolofija team because we treat patients holistically, taking into account all factors, physical, emotional and psychological. Humans are complex beings, and I believe that there are many factors that need to be taken into account that affect how we feel in our bodies.
At Fiziolofija we are not just a team, but a family. We encourage and help each other both in professional progress and on a cultural level. We socialize regularly, attend cultural events and are ready to support each other in different situations.
Nika Pori
Nika Pori is a physiotherapy student, athlete and artist at heart. Nika is at the beginning of her physiotherapy career, which she turned to because of her desire to help and relieve the pain of others. She played volleyball for 10 years, where she encountered different injury scenarios, which gave her the desire to pursue this profession.
For Nika, being a physiotherapist means making people's lives easier. She feels that this work enables her
to bring individuals to a place of satisfaction in their lives and to carry out their daily activities without pain, obstacles and limitations.
Nika is kind, persistent and empathetic, which is of paramount importance for her work. It means a lot to her that her clients feel comfortable around her. She tries to establish a genuine and sincere relationship with her patients, which she claims is the basis for good work, atmosphere and well-being. She believes that this leads to good results. Fiziolofija is a positive environment for her, full of opportunities and new knowledge.
